Luigi’s Pizzeria & Pasta Policies and Procedures:
- Please ensure all detailed info, guest count start and finish time are accurate.
- Allow 24- hour notice for large parties.
- Orders may be placed M-F 9:30am-4:30pm
- Our cancellation policy is commensurate with work completed.
- In house event Luigi’s will provide with ‘all paper ware, flatware and soft drinks required for catering function. If linens, chinaware are needed for catering event, a minimum of three day advance is required.
- • On location events Luigi’s request the name of the site and of contact person to Help coordinate the delivery. A mutual convenient time for pick up Luigi’s
- equipment, If necessary, should be established at time the order is placed. Is the client responsibility to ensure that Luigi’s equipments is secured and remains undamaged during the catering event.
- There will be a 6% sales tax and 15% service charge in addition to food and beverage cost.
- We will gladly customize our menu for your specific needs. From small to large office parties, allow us to help you make your event a success. Minimum 12 persons is required.
